Damaged or Defective Products Bought Through Our Site

In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a full refund at no extra cost to you, minus shipping. Simply reach out to our customer service team and provide the necessary details and photo evidence of the damage or defect.

Change Of Mind Returns On Products Bought Through Our Site

If you have changed your mind about your purchase from our site, you may return the product within 30 days of receiving it. However, in such cases, a return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and restocking expenses. Standard Return Fees:

The return fee from US contiguous 48 states is $7.00. The return fee from Canada is $40.00.
